Andrew & Nicole have 35+ years experience in the industry making both Small Goods & fresh meat products. Their children Temikka, Sam & Molly are all apart of the team, keeping employers within the family. Sam helps out the back & deliveries when not at his own job, Molly is completing a trainee-ship, and Temikka is completing her butchering apprenticeship following the footsteps of her father.
